- Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day.

- Certain orders may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing and shipping.

- International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Shipping times are based on business days and vary depending on the recipient’s location.

- Delivery to destinations outside major metropolitan areas may take longer.

- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

- For high-value orders ($500 or more), a signature will be required upon delivery.

We’re proud to offer international shipping to customers around the world! Enjoy FREE international shipping with a minimum purchase of $99. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be $39 for Canada and $59 for other countries.

Please note that all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and Kos Couture does not refund any taxes or duties paid outside of our website under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns from international customers unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

At Kos Couture, we prioritize your security by employing advanced fraud filters to protect against any suspicious or fraudulent transactions. If your order is flagged by our fraud prevention system, we may need to request additional information before proceeding. In such cases, you’ll be contacted promptly, and we kindly ask for your immediate response to verify the order and avoid any delays. Please note that any orders held for verification may experience delays until all necessary information is received and the verification process is completed. Any shipping delays or additional costs arising from this process will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our overnight shipping service has a strict cutoff time of 12:00 PM PDT/PST. Orders placed before this time will be shipped for delivery on the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PDT/PST will be shipped the following business day, and unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this cutoff.

Please note that not all orders qualify for overnight shipping, as some may require additional processing time before shipment.
