RETURNS VERIFY
To initiate a return for your dress, a Return Authorization is required. Please request returns within one week (7 days) of your order being delivered to your address. For returned dresses, we charge a 20% restocking fee if you choose a refund. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit with a 10% restocking fee. If you prefer an exchange, there’s no restocking fee; however, exchanges are limited to size changes and can only be processed once. Please note that all exchanges are considered FINAL SALES and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, nor can they be exchanged for other items.
Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process from the date we receive the returned item, excluding weekends.
Your store credit will expire 6 months from the date it is issued.
We want to clarify that the restocking fee is not a profit for us; it helps maintain our low prices. If you need to modify your order, please reach out to us within one hour of placing it.

Special Orders Policy
At Kos Couture, we recognize that some orders may require special handling. This includes any order totaling over $400, as well as items that necessitate a special order tailored specifically for the customer. Before shipping, our customer service team will reach out to you via email to confirm that restocking fees may differ due to the special order status. If you agree to these terms, we will proceed with shipping your order. Should you have any concerns, our customer service team is here to help you find an alternative dress or to initiate a refund for the item or order.
Final Sale Policy
Please note that all sale items at Kos Couture are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. International orders are also classified as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless an incorrect item was shipped or the dress arrived damaged.
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders (anything outside the U.S. or its territories), except in situations where the wrong item was sent or the item is damaged. In these cases, we will accept the return and provide either a replacement or store credit without a restocking fee.
If you choose to receive store credit at any time and obtain a coupon code—either through our promotions or from a customer service representative—any purchases made using that store credit will be regarded as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason, except if the item was received damaged or was not the correct item. In such cases, you will receive a replacement of the exact style, size, and color ordered; exchanges for different styles, sizes, or colors will not be permitted.
Please be aware that store credit cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount code.
Store credit will expire 6 months from the date your store credit code is issued.

Not Happy with Your Dress? We’re Here to Help!
To initiate your return, please follow these steps:
- Start the Return Process: In the form above, enter your order number, complete the required information, and begin your return request.
- Prepare the Dress for Return: Carefully hang the dress back on its hanger, place it inside the provided bag, and pack it securely in the box.
- Seal the Box Securely: Ensure that the box is sealed properly to protect the dress during transit.
- Ship It Back: Use the return label provided by Kos Couture to send the package back to us.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your request for store credit or a refund.
